GK1 adopts a starting position in the middle of the goal facing the halfway flag (45 degree angle).

GK2 stands one yard out from the by-line 6 yards from goal (LHS) acting as a server.

GK2 serves the ball approximately 1m in from the near post and GK1 is to attack the ball and catch it at its highest point.

GK1 completes this cycle of the drill by landing comfortably and balanced, returning the ball to GK2 (This is then repeated for the RHS).
This routine is then repeated for the remaining three sets (Both LHS/RHS):
- Second service ball is to land on the 6-yard box level with the near post
- Third service ball is to be thrown over the head of GK1 in the furthest half of the goal (standing start)
- Fourth service ball is to be thrown over the head of GK1 in the furthest half of the goal (sitting start)
